Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Management Staff, located in Kaladi. The Management Staff will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Duties include monitoring financial performance, developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires daily interaction with customers and staff, problem-solving, and guiding teams to achieve business objectives.

• Financial management, budget planning, and strategic planning skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in banking, finance, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Kaladi
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
