The role involves supervising daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring optimal customer service, and implementing organizational policies. The candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, addressing customer concerns, and driving sales to meet business goals. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, product quality, and staff performance are key responsibilities of this position.
