Management Representative-Quality

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS policies and procedures in line with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other sector-specific requirements523.
• Conduct regular quality audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions as needed523.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement53.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and system deficiencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions75.
• Prepare and maintain QMS documentation, including manuals, SOPs, and work instructions12.
• Train and support staff at all levels on QMS processes and compliance requirements526.
• Liaise with all stakeholders, including customers, auditors, and internal teams, to ensure quality expectations are met45.
• Manage root cause analysis, complaint resolution, and process improvement projects
