Management Representative (MR)

As a Management Representative (MR), your primary role will be to oversee the implementation of ISO:9001:2015 standards, manage production and quality improvements, and ensure the smooth operations of the plant. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading Documentation, Implementation, and Maintenance of ISO:9001:2015 standards throughout the organization. - Preparing, maintaining, and submitting PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents to meet customer and industry requirements. - Driving new product development by collaborating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams from concept to final approval. - Conducting production analysis to implement strategies for efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements. - Overseeing quality control and assurance systems to ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications. - Managing customer complaints by recording, analyzing, resolving, and following up until closure. - Planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to meet delivery timelines and quality requirements. - Coordinating cross-functional teams for continual improvement projects in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Preparing and maintaining required reports, audits, and compliance documentation. - Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the plant with a focus on safety, discipline, and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Graduate / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering discipline. - Proven experience as MR (Management Representative) and/or Plant In-Charge in a manufacturing setup. - Strong knowledge of ISO:9001:2015 standards, PPAP documentation, and audit processes. - Skilled in production and quality analysis, with hands-on problem-solving ability. - Exposure to new product development cycles and customer approval processes. - Good communication and leadership skills to handle teams and customer interactions. - Well-experienced and highly skilled professional with a track record of operational excellence.
