Sampling and analysis of daily production of all finished products & by-product as per the finished Product inspection plan & maintained its related documents & Pharma Cloud Preparation the COA for domestic and Export dispatches Analysis of Raw Material, intermediate products and Finish Goods products of all Ayurvedic and Cosmetic as per inspection plan and report to reporting manager. Conduct the in- house calibration of instrument and equipment as per Inspection plan. Laboratory reagent preparation, its standardisation for daily use and maintain related records and documents and report to DM R&D. Maintain cleaning, proper housekeeping and other GLP practices in lab. Maintain all safety measures in laboratory working environments. Perform task as per allocated by reporting manager and authorities. Review and authorize the product permission documents.

As a Production Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to analyze daily production data and address any machine rejection issues efficiently. The role involves various responsibilities in the field of Production Analysis, Reservoir Engineering Analysis, Technical Assurance and Subsurface Risk Assessment, and Reservoir Surveillance. In Production Analysis, you will be responsible for analyzing well-wise production performance, utilizing simulation software for in-depth studies, conducting nodal analysis studies, identifying potential production issues, and conducting decline analysis and simulation studies to manage production operations effectively. For Reservoir Engineering Analysis, your duties will include reserves estimation and reporting, interpreting well tests, analyzing reservoir performance, preparing EOS Model using specific software, providing support to subsurface studies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, dynamic reservoir modeling, and integrated asset modeling. You will also be involved in Technical Assurance and Subsurface Risk Assessment by reviewing technical studies, validating reservoir modeling inputs, identifying data gaps, quantifying subsurface risks, and recommending risk controls and mitigation measures. Reservoir Surveillance tasks will include planning and supporting reservoir data acquisition, monitoring operations at offshore rigs and onshore sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and mentoring reservoir engineers. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of Reservoir Engineering principles, operational experience in various testing and analysis techniques, familiarity with reservoir simulation and analysis software, and understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering with 12-16 years of experience in reservoir engineering and field development, including specific experience in reservoir simulation and data acquisition.
