Role summary

The MIS role for the Salesforce division at Pudumjee is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team and management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Qualification (Minimum)

Bachelor's degree in any stream

Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM

Power BI

Strong Excel and data visualization skills

Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Competencies Required

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support decision-making.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing, compiling, and reporting data.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Salesforce CRM and MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.

Communication Skills: Ability to present data and insights clearly to sales leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying data inconsistencies or gaps and resolving issues independently.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver reports within tight deadlines.

Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams for data collection, process improvements, and system integration.

Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and how data influences business performance and strategy.

Data Integrity & Confidentiality: Commitment to maintaining the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of sensitive business data.
