Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.). Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Coordinate with various departments for appointments, meetings, and general queries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic documentation. Requirements: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Professional attitude and appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduation (preferred).
