Management Consultant Associate

As a Management Consultant Associate located in Grant Road (West), Mumbai, your role involves conducting virtual meetings with clients to understand their requirements. You will be responsible for performing business performance audits at client locations and interacting with their customers, partners, vendors, and team members. Your expertise in management consulting will be utilized for developing strategies and business plans, creating business plans and execution roadmaps, designing marketing, sales, brand, and customer experience programs, and guiding clients in their execution. Financial analysis, system audits, process improvements, and technology enhancements at client sites will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to create reports and presentations, conduct industry and market research, deliver training based on client needs, and provide strategic guidance and mentoring to foster business growth. Limited travel within Mumbai may be required as per project demands. Your qualifications should include a Management graduate or MBA degree with substantial experience in management consulting. The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Word is a must. You should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations and 8 to 12 years of experience are preferred.
