Job Description

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents. Your day-to-day responsibilities include pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements. You will manage high-complexity tickets, mentor junior team members, and work across various technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications. Your tasks also involve monitoring, responding to alerts, and creating knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues to optimize and automate processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional service by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents - Manage high-complexity tickets and mentor junior team members - Work across technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications - Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and create knowledge articles for optimization and automation - Engage with third-party vendors, coach L2 teams, and support project implementation and delivery Qualifications Required: - Extensive Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure - Strong understanding of ITIL processes - Proven experience working with vendors and third parties - Effective communication skills across different cultures and social groups - Strong planning skills and ability to work well under pressure - Active listening skills and adaptability to changing client needs - Client-focused approach to create positive client experiences - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing Join NTT DATA, a company that values diversity and inclusion, where you can continue to grow, belong, and thrive in a hybrid working environment as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
