Male HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident male fresher to join our HR team as a Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in Human Resources and learn the full recruitment cycle while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying hiring needs and job role requirements
• Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support in onboarding activities and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities and basic HR tasks
• Learn and follow recruitment best practices and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
