Job Description

As a Process Trainer at Indian Edu Hub, your role will involve conducting process and product training sessions for new and existing employees in Sales and related departments. You will design and deliver effective training modules to enhance employee knowledge, sales techniques, and process understanding. It will be your responsibility to evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and progress tracking. You will also work closely with the HR and Sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct process and product training sessions for new and existing employees in Sales and related departments. - Design and deliver effective training modules to enhance employee knowledge, sales techniques, and process understanding. - Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and progress tracking. - Coordinate with the HR and Sales teams for smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer. - Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher training or performance improvement sessions. - Maintain training documentation, reports, and attendance records. - Conduct mock sessions, role plays, and practical assessments to build confidence among employees. - Counsel and guide underperforming employees to improve productivity and communication skills. - Ensure that all team members are aligned with company policies, values, and sales goals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 6 months to 2 years of experience in training, teaching, counseling, or sales. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage, motivate, and handle diverse learners. - Good understanding of sales processes, client communication, and performance metrics. - Energetic, patient, and adaptable to different learning styles. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable handling training reports.
