Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Technician in our company, you will be responsible for keeping our machinery in optimal condition to ensure smooth production processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns. - Identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions or issues that may impact production. - Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. - Ensuring that maintenance activities meet quality control standards and do not compromise product quality or safety. - Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to cellotape production equipment. - Strong problem-solving skills to analyze issues and implement effective solutions quickly. - Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic instruments for maintenance and repairs. - Attention to detail to ensure all maintenance activities are performed accurately and thoroughly. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with production team members and management effectively.
