Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are in top-notch condition. Your strong work ethic, general handyman skills, and dedication to safety and quality will be essential for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems. You will also be expected to inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as perform tasks such as painting, wall patching, and basic carpentry work. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the grounds, which includes landscaping, snow removal, and trash cleanup. Operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently will be crucial. You must be prepared to respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergency repairs and conduct regular inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues. You may also need to assist with setting up for meetings or events as required. Keeping detailed maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities will be part of your responsibilities. It is imperative that you follow safety regulations and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment. To qualify for this position, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work is desirable. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry will be beneficial. You should have the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Being able to work independently or as part of a team, and possessing good communication and time management skills are also key qualifications for this role.,
