Job Responsibilities Operations requirement • Attaining Zero Break Down for the equipment's thereby increasing the plant equipment efficiency and increase in productivity •Experience with CNC machines, gearboxes, conveyor systems, and presses. • Experienced in Maintenance of Cutting Tools, Fixtures, Tightening tools, VMC & HMC machines of NTC, MAG, Heller and Nagel Honing.
• Repair or replace worn or defective mechanical parts with precision and safety. • Implementing kaizens, poka-yoke and Innovation for continuous improvement process in the plant • Troubleshooting of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems. • Inhouse servicing of Mechanical Spares and knowledgeable in powertrain systems • Maintain 5S of Shop floor and Maintenance area • Maintaining and repairing various systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as related components like motors, pumps, valves, and cylinders. • Knowledge in basic trouble shooting of Robot FANUC systems • Good Knowledge in Mechanical maintenance of Engine shop machineries Job Specification Qualification Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience 4 to 6 Years in Automobile Industry preferably from Engine shop or Power train assembly.
