Maintenance Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Carry out

  preventive and breakdown maintenance

  of Die Casting, Powder Coating, CNC, Compressor, and Press Shop machines.
• Perform

  mechanical fitting, alignment, dismantling, and assembly

  of machine parts.
• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, and

  replacement of worn-out mechanical components

  .
• Identify, diagnose, and repair

  mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults

  .
• Support

  installation and commissioning

  of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure

  zero breakdowns

  through timely preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and

  machine history cards

  .
• Coordinate with the

  production and quality teams

  to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure

  availability of spare parts

  and proper maintenance of engineering stores.
• Follow

  safety standards and 5S practices

  during all maintenance activities.
• Contribute to

  TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

  implementation across the plant.
• Support

  external service agencies

  during machine overhauling or repair.
• Assist in

  energy conservation initiatives

  related to compressors and mechanical systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance & TPM.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
