We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair tasks in a variety of settings. Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, systems, and equipment Diagnose issues and carry out repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. Maintain records of completed work and report on issues needing advanced repairs. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Collaborate with external contractors and vendors when specialized services are needed. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and keep equipment in top condition. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance areas.
