Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Staff in our hotel bar. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow in the hospitality industry, this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and professional team. Key Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas Assist in setting up the bar area before opening and closing duties after service Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and feedback promptly Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Requirements: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays No prior experience required – training will be provided What We Offer: On-the-job training for freshers A supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth within the hotel Employee discounts and benefits Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
