Job Description

The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, as well as carrying out necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality. It is crucial to respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime effectively. Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and repair logs will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades, while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. Collaborating with production teams to identify maintenance needs and enhance equipment reliability will also be a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, participation in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives is expected. This is a full-time position with benefits such as provided food and paid time off.
