Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the resort’s maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and overall facility excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff across various trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Perform routine inspections of resort buildings, systems, and amenities to identify and address issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs Manage work orders using maintenance management software Ensure all safety and health regulations are met Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Train and mentor team members to meet quality and safety standards Provide reports to management on maintenance activities, budgets, and performance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Location: Kottayam, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
