Maintenance Staff

You are being sought after to be a reliable Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and maintenance operations of the company's facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure that your colleagues have the necessary physical resources to carry out their duties within the specified budget. **Responsibilities:** - Develop maintenance procedures and ensure their proper implementation. - Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any issues promptly. - Inspect electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to guarantee their functionality. - Plan and supervise all repair and installation activities. - Assign workload and oversee upkeep staff such as custodians and janitors. - Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when required. - Keep a close eye on expenses and maintain control over the maintenance budget. - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. - Maintain maintenance logs and provide daily activity reports. - Ensure compliance with health and safety policies. **Requirements and Skills:** - Must possess your own vehicle. - Proven experience in a maintenance management or similar managerial role. - Previous experience in planning maintenance operations. - Strong understanding of technical aspects related to plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. - Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. - Ability to track and report on maintenance activities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; a vocational school degree or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be advantageous. - Holding a valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification will be considered a plus.
