Maintenance Shop In-charge

As a Senior Engineer in the Production Engineering division of Tool and Die Engineering department at TRD-G in Gurgaon, your primary role will be to serve as the shop in charge for maintenance of CNC Milling & Conventional Machines, Press machines & EOT cranes. Your responsibilities will include: - Reading mechanical machine drawings effectively. - Resolving mechanical problems of Conventional machines, CNC machines, press machines, and EOT cranes through practical hands-on experience. - Planning & executing preventive & predictive maintenance for all equipment. - Analyzing and reducing repeat faults through root cause analysis. - Understanding Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and troubleshooting problems. - Preparing ISO and maintenance review documents. - Being flexible to work in shifts and various locations. - Following up with AMC parties for timely completion of maintenance activities. - Understanding processes and creating schedules. - Ensuring quality work output with no rework or rejection. - Daily monitoring, updating of schedule, and work entries. - Understanding machine parts & managing the store system. - Procuring maintenance spare parts efficiently. In addition, you should possess the following competencies and skills: - Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings. - Good knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Familiarity with computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Powerpoint. - Ability to coach, counsel, and manage a team effectively. - Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and decision-making. - Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders. - Ability to self-supervise within the guidance and expectations of direct management. With your 3-year Diploma in Mechanical and 7 to 9 years of work experience, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute to the success of the team and the organization.,
