Maintenance Shop In-charge

As a Senior Engineer in the Tool and Die Engineering department at TRD-G in Gurgaon, your role will be to efficiently manage the maintenance of CNC Milling & Conventional Machines, Press machines, and EOT cranes. Here is a summary of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be the shop in charge for maintenance of a variety of machines, including CNC Milling & Conventional Machines, Press machines, and EOT cranes. Your primary responsibilities will include reading mechanical machine drawings, resolving mechanical problems of various machines, planning and executing preventive & predictive maintenance, analyzing and reducing repeat faults, and preparing ISO and maintenance review documents. **Key Responsibilities:** - Read mechanical machine drawings effectively. - Resolve mechanical problems of Conventional machines, CNC machines, press machines, and EOT cranes. - Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance of all equipment. - Analyze and reduce repeat faults through root cause analysis. - Understand Hydraulic and Pneumatic circuits and troubleshoot problems. - Prepare ISO and maintenance review documents. - Be flexible to work in shifts and different locations. - Follow up with AMC parties for timely completion of maintenance activities. - Understand processes and create schedules. - Ensure quality work output without any rework/rejection. - Monitor and update schedules and daily work entries. - Understand machine parts and manage the store system. - Procure maintenance spare parts efficiently. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience. - Good drawing reading skills. - Proficiency in Auto-CAD software. - Strong computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to coach, counsel, and manage a team effectively. - Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and decision-making. - Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with different stakeholders. - Self-supervising within the guidance and expectations of direct management.
