MAINTENANCE OFFICER

As a Maintenance Officer, your role involves conducting routine maintenance tasks and inspecting facilities periodically to identify problems. You will be responsible for developing maintenance procedures, organizing repair projects, and ensuring their timely implementation. Keeping maintenance logs and reporting daily activities will be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will monitor the inventory of materials and equipment, manage relationships with contractors and service providers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
