Maintenance Officer

As an Engineering Officer in the Maintenance function at our company, your main responsibility will be to carry out preventive maintenance and address any breakdowns or malfunctions on machines during shift hours. You will also play a crucial role in developing more cost-efficient machines and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Prime Responsibilities:** - Monitor and operate transformers and generators - Record readings of MV panel, DG, Compressor & UPS in the log book - Monitor utilities operations and conditions (DG, Compressor, Bore well & ETP) - Attend to electrical breakdowns of plant machinery and support mechanical breakdowns for prompt resolution - Conduct condition monitoring of plant machineries to identify abnormalities - Maintain daily log book and provide proper communication to the reliever - Monitor and maintain Utilities Transformers, DG, UPS, Air Compressor, ETP, and Water pump operations - Focus on achieving power and breakdown targets - Prepare defective spares for replacement **Associate Responsibilities:** - Participate in ISO audits, test verification, and certification validations - Contribute to developmental activities to minimize equipment downtime - Observe and learn about new implementations and projects - Ensure all panel boards are in proper conditions - Provide timely information on spare parts requirement - Maintain workplace safety by avoiding loose cables, open power points, joint cables, and proper panel closing - Perform daily checks on DG batteries, Compressor auto drains & dryer, water storage tank level, and street lights **Qualification Required:** - ITI, Diploma, BE in Electrician **Experience:** - Minimum 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing/FMCG company As part of the Maintenance team, you will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and processes. Your ability to make quick decisions and drive maximum output from available infrastructure will be key to your success in this role.,
