Position:

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage
preventive and breakdown maintenance
activities across shifts.
Handle maintenance of
Thermo Pack, Steam Boiler, Coal Crusher, Continuous Process Machines, Screw Compressors, Chillers, MHEs
, and
Cooling Towers
.
Manage
textile processing machinery
such as
Ovens, Coating and Printing Lines, Embossing Machines, and Knitting Machines
.
Oversee
spare parts management
and
maintenance budgeting
.
Lead
plant and machinery erection projects
and ensure smooth commissioning.
Implement
breakdown reduction
strategies through
PM, BD, and predictive maintenance
programs.
Maintain
inventory of spares
and minimize
production delays due to breakdowns
.
Drive initiatives for
repair cost reduction
and
machine availability improvement
.
Increase
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
and reduce
Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
.
Ensure
minimum machine downtime
and enhance
machine reliability and uptime
.
Ensure
cost-effective repair and maintenance
of all machinery as per given specifications and timelines.
Maintain
spare part inventory
as per defined targets.
