Maintenance Manager

As the Maintenance Manager at Super Bond Adhesives Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve overseeing the overall plant maintenance operations in Wada, Palghar. You will be responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance, planning and supervising repair and installation activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations, and managing vendors and contractors. Additionally, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, tools, and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall plant maintenance operations - Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies - Plan and supervise repair and installation activities - Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations - Manage vendors and contractors - Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes, tools, and systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or managerial position - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, including PLC, automation, and facility maintenance - Experience in implementing and managing preventive/predictive maintenance programs - Proven ability to lead and motivate maintenance teams, manage performance, and develop staff - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal departments, contractors, and vendors - Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage maintenance projects and budgets effectively - Willingness to be based in Wada, Palghar Super Bond Adhesives Pvt.
