Job Description: Experience Required: 5 to 15 Years Machine Maintenance Hands-on Experience on CNC, PLC. Execute preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance plans for production machinery. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns & restore normal operations in minimum time. Maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Monitor machine performance and suggest improvement actions. Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment. Coordinate with production team for maintenance schedule and downtime planning. Building & Facility Maintenance Ensure proper maintenance of building, utilities, and infrastructure – electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, common areas, roofs, safety systems. Monitor and maintain utilities such as compressors, boilers, generators, cooling towers, AHUs, STP/ETP (if applicable). Supervise facility housekeeping, waste disposal systems, and campus upkeep. Handle AMC vendors for facility and equipment maintenance. Safety, Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, logs, and equipment history. Ensure machine guarding, earthing, grounding, and electrical safety practices. Support audits – ISO, Safety Audit, Energy Audit. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to reduce breakdowns, maintenance cost and improve equipment life. Implement best practices and reliability improvement projects. Qualifications Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering. 2–5+ years’ experience in manufacturing industry maintenance. Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge in mechanical & electrical maintenance. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery. Knowledge of PLC basics, hydraulics, pneumatics preferred. Ability to read machine drawings & manuals. Spare parts planning & vendor management. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety norms & statutory guidelines. Additional Requirements Willingness to work in shifts/odd hours in case of breakdowns. Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
