Job Title: Manager – Maintenance Experience: 7+ Years in Leather / Footwear / Garments Industry Qualification: Degree / Diploma in relevant field Responsibilities: Supervise and lead all maintenance operations and processes for the facility. Track maintenance-related expenses and manage the maintenance budget. Ensure all machinery is maintained at optimal working standards. Develop, implement, and review maintenance procedures and protocols. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve potential issues. Plan and oversee repair and installation activities as required. Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures within the maintenance department. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates. Maintain daily maintenance logs and prepare progress reports. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
