Maintenance Incharge

1. To Manage the records:-

a)Preventive Maintenance

b) Regular Maintenance

c) Records for Pest Controls and Hygiene's.

d) Records of maintenance and keep the records ready for factory Audits.

2. To undergo Machine Maintenance both electrical and mechanical maintenance of the machines and utilities

3. Must have knowledge of Printing Industry, and converting Industry, its need and demands of industry .

4. To make sure zero production loss due to machine stoppage and breakdown, and if any start the machine immediately and handover the machine to production department.

5. To take care of all machine hazards, so as to ensure the safety of himself and all employees with in the organization, so as to create risk free environment for the team

6. To follow up and communication with service engineers of machine manufacturers or concerned persons about machinery repair and any problem in any feature of the machine, and if required generate MRN and issue the PO from the office and purchase that part for that machine Need to check this point.

7. To follow all the company policies created in the company, and follow all the rules and regulations and keep the record of Policy deviation and present it during the monthly meeting with Directors .

8. To Prepare MIS of all the machines monthly, and to identify the need of which machine is working below efficiency and need urgent upgradation as and when required.

9. To manage both the shifts and ensure all machine related issues being heard and rectified of both the shifts.

10. To conduct the awareness training on maintenance programmed of the machines, and train employees to how to maintain the machines and how to run the machines properly as and when required.

11. To manage the Compliances for Audits for maintenance and maintain the check list of the machine at the time of preventive maintenance.

12. To maintain maintenance store room for bearing and/or special machinery parts.

13. To Ensure the Hygiene remains up to the level in all factory premises.

14. To participate in internal as well as external Audits, get it Cleared.

15. To improve the machine performance by upgradation or training by all levels and try to machine best performance of machines.

16. To identify less efficient machines and either to upgrade or replace that machine with the best possible option.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
