Equipment Maintenance 2. System Discipline 3. Parts & Inventory 4. Customer Service Job Description: 1. Equipment Maintenance - Perform routine preventive maintenance on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes checking and servicing various components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems. PM checklist should be thoroughly adhered. - Diagnosis and Repair Identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with forklifts. Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, including engines, transmissions, pumps, motors, and other parts. - Documentation Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used, hours worked, and details of services provided. 2. System Discipline - Adherence to the discipline wrt system being followed by Godrej. - All necessary work permits to be issued before conducting any maintenance activity. 3. Parts & Inventory - Manage an inventory of replacement parts and order supplies as needed. - Keep track of spare parts and ensure the availability of critical components. - Ensure correct parts are booked into the system as per necessity proactively. - Safety Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines when performing maintenance and repairs. - Ensure that forklifts are following safety standards of Godrej & Establishment workplace. All maintenance to be as per Standard Maintenance Procedures. 4. Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with forklift operators and supervisors, explaining repair needs, and providing estimated repair times. Note: This role is for Fixed Term Contract for 3 Years.
