Maintenance Head (Snacks Manufacturing)

1. Daily visit in the entire premises including the labour & Staff quarter to find the maintenance related issues and align the issues to the electricians & ensuring issues are resolved timely.

2. Preparation of consumption report of ALL ENERGY METERS, Diesel, Wood, and Water, Solar etc on the basis of data/ reading collected by the electricians and submitting the report before 1AM to the GM/ VP.

3. Preparation of reconciliation sheet of the power consumption at the sub meters with the power produced in house and the power imported from DHBVN and getting the same reviewed from the BoDs.

4. Preparation of MIS report cumulatively for each month of a financial year of total electricity consumption, total electricity generation, electricity bill, loss of energy ,total power exported, total power cut, DG fuel consumption total wood consumption etc & share the same to GM/VP operations.

5. Preparation of report of the issues found during the morning visit along with the action taken, date of resolution and getting the same reviewed from the GM/VP operations on weekly basis.

6. Preparation of the preventive maintenance plan at the beginning of each month.

7. Ensure that preventive maintenance is done as per the schedule.

8. Assigned work their Team Member as per his quality and motivate their team member.

9. Making Duty Roaster of their Team per weekly.

10. Minimum 1 training session in a month for all the maintenance staff.

11. Authorization of the spares issue slip, return slip, RGP etc.

12. Ensuring that the spares sent to outside vendors for repairing are repaired properly and are received on timely basis.

13. Ensuring the optimal use of spares and return of unused spares in the same condition and the repairs of expensive/ delicate parts shall be done under the personal monitoring of the maintenance head.

14. Update all the details of preventive maintenance in ERP timely.

15. Ensuring timly service of Utilities-DG set, Nitrogen Generator, Air Compressors, RO etc are done and maintain the record of the same. Ensure that air compressor, all machines, DG sets and other equipments are working properly smoothly after the interval of every 2 hours.

16. Responsible for maintaining that critical spare parts of machinery are always available in the company in order to ensure seamless flow of production.

17. Take a necessary corrective action for the breakdown as and when the intimation for the breakdown received.

18. Ensure that all the breakdowns are corrected timely and calculate OEE of Equipments

19. Providing a report to the BoDs "Machine Breakdown Report (pending)" and "Machine Breakdown Report (closed)" along with the reason of pending issues and expected date of resolution.

Only Manufacturing line experience is required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
