Job Description

As a Senior Manager in Maintenance & Facility, your role will involve managing properties, building operations, and administration. This includes overseeing maintenance activities through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and budget planning. You will be responsible for practicing breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as spare inventory planning and ensuring statutory compliance. Your commitment to cost, quality, and timely completion of tasks is crucial for the success of various projects. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee civil and finishes infrastructure and services - Manage mechanical infrastructure and services - Supervise electrical infrastructure and services - Ensure tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing escalated issues - Possess knowledge of MEP services such as HVAC, CCTV, STP, DG sets, etc. - Supervise Property Management staff, review their performance, and maintain professional conduct with tenants - Ensure compliance with all Property Management-related requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics (preferably BE) - 18 to 20 years of experience in Property Management service line operations for Industrial and Building projects - Experience working as part of a project management team - Familiarity with service agencies like PMC firms is preferred If the above description aligns with your skills and experience, please consider forwarding your CV to hr@arkaygroup.in or contact us at 9448991010.
