Maintenance & Facility Manager

As a Facility & Maintenance Manager based in BANGALORE, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and operations of large commercial or institutional properties. You should hold a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and possess a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in facility and maintenance management. Your expertise should cover a range of technical areas including electrical systems, CCTV & Surveillance, MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), preventive & breakdown maintenance, vendor & staff management, and documentation & compliance. In terms of Electrical Systems, you should be well-versed in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels, distribution systems, and building electrical infrastructure. Additionally, you should have experience in the installation, upkeep, and monitoring of CCTV and surveillance systems. Your knowledge of MEP services should include managing HVAC systems, DG sets, Fire Alarm & Safety Systems, and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant). You should be capable of planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules efficiently and resolving breakdowns promptly. Vendor & Staff Management is also a crucial aspect of the role, requiring you to coordinate with service providers, AMC vendors, and supervise in-house technical staff. Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with statutory regulations such as electrical safety audits and fire NOC is essential.
