We are #hiring Maintenance Executive with 1- 3 years experience in API Pharma for our manufacturing unit VPL Chemicals located in Dabaspet, Nelamangala.
Education Qualification - Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering.
1. SOPs and Validation Reviews: Review SOPs, validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), apex documents, and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
2. Preventive Maintenance: Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machinery downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
3. Utility and Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of utility equipment such as compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, RO/DM plants, reactors, and vacuum pumps.
4. Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance: Perform mechanical (gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics) and electrical maintenance tasks, including support for boiler systems.
5. Regulatory Compliance and Miscellaneous: Maintain the plant as per GMP standards, manage waste disposal as per norms, and execute additional tasks assigned by management.
