Handling shift operation which includes Utility set up, Plant Machineries, Production Equipment’s and Auxiliary Equipment’s, set up Job allocation to Contract Manpower & Managing efficiently to achieve expected results within time frame. Communicating and resolving issues, abnormalities in consulting with Line manager /HOD.

Participate in Project activities as & when required.

Understand and deliver to achieve Departmental KPI'S (Key Performance Indicators) towards PM Compliance-100%, Maintaining Equipment History time to time, Maintain Breakdown records time to time, Preparing CAPA, WHY-WHY Analysis, MTTR-Reduction, MTBF-Improving by 10%, Maintaining documentation, Demonstrating Right First Time Approach

Prepare Plant Layout, Equipment layouts, IMS Documentation as & when required.

participate in Activities related to Energy Saving initiatives. Preparing Energy Saving Initiatives & results achieved. Identify Cost Saving Projects/ Ideas,

Responsible towards Activities related to HSE, Statutory as well as Legal Compliances.

Demonstrating Ownership towards activity assigned under caption of Statutory compliances as well as HSE Expectations. Completing Actions within expected timelines.

Understand Customer requirement & deliver to customer satisfaction without compromising on Safety as well as Quality.

Provide Cost effective solution keeping in mind RFT approach (Right FIRST TIME)

Participate in 5S Initiatives , Identify & Prepare KAIZAN (Improvement Projects).

Support other functions as & when required in consulting with Line supervisor/Function Lead/HOD.

Conducing Trainings to enhance Strength of Team members/Contract employees/ Co-workers/Collegues as & when required.
