Job Description

Handle and maintain electrical works of all textile machinery, including stenters, inspection machines,Jet machines,jigger machines and lab equipment, other ancillary equipments
Attend & Maintain - electrical systems such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) panels, and transformers.
Supervise the installation and commissioning of new machinery and electrical systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and repair of electrical systems & machinery.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime and improve durability.
Perform load balancing on motor systems to prevent overloading of specific motors while ensuring even distribution of workloads.
Program and configure inverters to control and optimize the operation of motors and other electrical systems.
Improvement in efficiency of the equipment & machinery
Implement energy-saving measures to optimize power consumption across the plant.
Provide training and technical guidance to subordinates and junior staff.
Ensure proper logging and documentation of electrical systems.
