Description
You will be responsible for maintaining safety, reliability, and efficiency of the primary plant by strictly implementing the maintenance plan in adherence with AL guidelines. Your role involves minimizing downtime of the plant by implementing the defined PM plan as per group guidelines, approved by CRT, and ensuring strict adherence. Additionally, you will maintain reliability and availability in your function within the allocated maintenance budget. Your responsibilities also include proposing initiatives to improve facility reliability, validating them with Maintenance In-charge and CRT functional expert, and obtaining approval from the CRT Manager. You will report operationally to the Maintenance In-Charge and functionally to the CRT Functional Lead of AL India. Reporting to Maintenance In-Charge for routine/admin activities and Functional Lead/Expert at CRT for domain-related aspects/issues, your main contributions and accountabilities will include: - Preparing annual maintenance plan for Instrumentation based on historical performance, vendor manuals, AL group guidelines, and submitting it for approval. - Implementing the approved maintenance plan without slippage and reporting non-compliance for validation. - Compiling monthly reports on maintenance activities for Instrumentation and submitting them to the Maintenance In-Charge and respective Functional Lead in Central Reliability Team. - Conducting RCA for technical & safety incidents, taking corrective actions, and coordinating with vendors for resolution if necessary. - Developing the annual maintenance budget for Instrumentation, getting it reviewed, initiating timely purchases, and managing expenditures. - Planning TAR for Instrumentation, procuring spare parts based on SPM selection matrix, OEM recommendation, and VS study, and ensuring timely availability for maintenance activities. - Raising and tracking GWSR, alerting Maintenance In-Charge of any delays in the procurement process. - Participating in quarterly maintenance audits conducted by CRT, addressing non-conformities, maintaining audit finding reports, and implementing improvement plans under the guidance of Maintenance In-Charge. - Actively participating in the implementation of special projects launched by CRT as required. To be a match for this role, you should possess: - Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance in industrial operations in Instrumentation Engineering with a B.Tech degree. - Strong technical and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in M.S. Office. - Ability to work independently on technical tasks.
