Job Description

Position-Maintenance Engineer

Location-Jamnagar

Exp-6 to 13 years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts, and service reports.
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and industrial equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation, or CNC machines (as per industry).
Proficiency in maintenance tools, diagnostic equipment, and ERP systems.
Ability to analyze root causes and implement corrective measures.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
