Job Description

As a Machine Shop Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will have hands-on experience in maintaining various equipment such as CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL. Your responsibilities will include: - Familiarizing yourself with PLC systems, specifically Fanuc and Siemens - Executing and managing preventive maintenance schedules on a yearly, half-yearly, and quarterly basis - Developing and maintaining PM check sheets, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in alignment with quality standards - Conducting machine health checks, root cause analysis (RCA), and Why-Why analysis to ensure optimal equipment performance - Efficiently managing inventory and spare parts to support maintenance activities - Supervising and leading maintenance teams/manpower to achieve maintenance objectives You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate maintenance records to track equipment performance and maintenance activities. In addition to the job responsibilities, the company offers Provident Fund benefits. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, and the work location is on-site. ,
