Maintenance Engineer / AM Maintenance

You should have hands-on experience in the maintenance of machine shop equipment such as CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL. It is important to be familiar with PLC systems, specifically Fanuc and Siemens. You will be responsible for executing and managing preventive maintenance schedules on a yearly, half-yearly, and quarterly basis. This includes preparing and maintaining PM check sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures in accordance with quality standards. Additionally, you will be conducting machine health checks, root cause analysis (RCA), and Why-Why analysis. Effective inventory and spare parts management will be a key aspect of the role. You will also be supervising and managing maintenance teams/manpower to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining complete and accurate maintenance records is essential for this position. This is a full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts, and the work location is on-site.
