Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining machine shop equipment, which includes CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL. You should have hands-on experience in the maintenance of these machines. Additionally, you should be familiar with PLC systems such as Fanuc and Siemens. Your duties will involve executing and managing preventive maintenance schedules on a yearly, half-yearly, and quarterly basis. You will be in charge of preparing and maintaining PM check sheets, WI, and SOPs in line with quality standards. It will also be part of your responsibilities to conduct machine health checks, root cause analysis (RCA), and Why-Why analysis. Effective inventory and spare parts management will be crucial for this role. You will need to supervise and manage maintenance teams and manpower to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining complete and accurate maintenance records is essential to track the performance of the equipment. This is a full-time job that offers benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is rotational shifts, and you will be required to work in person at the designated location. The expected start date for this position is 05/06/2025.,
