Maintenance Engineer / AM Maintenance (Machine Shop)

As a Machine Shop Equipment Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Hands-on experience in maintenance of machine shop equipment including CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL - Familiarity with PLC systems such as Fanuc and Siemens - Executing and managing preventive maintenance schedules on a yearly, half-yearly, and quarterly basis - Preparing and maintaining PM check sheets, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with quality standards - Conducting machine health checks, root cause analysis (RCA), and Why-Why analysis - Effective inventory and spare parts management - Supervising and managing maintenance teams/manpower - Maintaining complete and accurate maintenance records Qualifications required for this role include: - Hands-on experience in maintaining CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machine shop equipment - Familiarity with PLC systems, especially Fanuc and Siemens - Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance schedules and teams - Excellent problem-solving abilities to conduct root cause analysis and Why-Why analysis - Proficiency in preparing and maintaining PM check sheets, WI, and SOPs in compliance with quality standards Please note that this job is full-time with benefits including Provident Fund.
