Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Maintenance Technician located in Hyderabad. The CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and calibrating machinery to maintain product quality and safety standards. Additional tasks include maintaining maintenance logs and coordination with the production team for continuous machine uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with preventive maintenance and machinery calibration
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
