Maintenance and material Data engineer:5-10 Yrs experience
MDM / MRO Spare Parts
Perform creation, cleansing, classification, verification, and standardization of Maintenance & Material Master Data as per SAP PM/MM requirements.
Prepare Master Equipment List (MEL) / Asset Register.
Develop and update functional locations with proper descriptions and object types.
Identify maintenance spares from vendor documents.
Review and recommend new spares using SPIR and vendor documentation.
Execute MRO Spares Coding and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
Cleanse, standardize, enrich, and remove duplicate spare data.
Conduct MRO spares criticality analysis and support optimization activities.
