Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer with 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling transformers, diesel generators, UPS starters, HT & LT panels, pumps, chillers, AHUs, and other critical equipment to ensure smooth operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.

· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot transformers, diesel generators, UPS starters, HT & LT panels.

· Maintain and service pumps, chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), and HVAC-related equipment.

· Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimal downtime.

· Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

· Prepare and maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.

· Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.

· Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when required.

· Support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

· Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance department.

· Hands-on experience with transformers, DG sets, UPS, HT/LT panels, pumps, chillers, and AHUs.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and safety compliance.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Flexible to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.
