Mainframe Modernization Lead

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing leadership and direction in the planning and execution of the Mainframe to cloud migration (Azure, AWS, GCP)


• Lead the Legacy Modernization (mainframe) team in developing and delivering innovative solutions


• Work closely with partners to create differentiating value propositions


• Develop and execute the technology strategy for Legacy Modernization practice


• Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals


• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions


• Stay UpToDate with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in Mainframe and related technologies


• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field


• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e. g. , IBM, AWS, Azure) are a plus.


• Candidate should have experience in working or leading Mainframe modernization capabilities in his prior experience.


• Proven track record of technical leadership and people management


• Strong understanding of business operations and industry trends
