We are looking for experienced Mainframe and DB2/AS400 Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level mainframe applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create technical and program specifications for mainframe applications
Develop, test, and maintain applications using
COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and DB2
Collaborate with team members to deliver all required application components
Perform code reviews and resolve technical issues
Provide support during production issues and critical code red situations
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with
Mainframe Technologies (COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB2)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and support the team lead in delivery activities
