Job Responsibilities

✔ Handle MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) case documentation and process flow

✔ Coordinate with legal panels, insurance companies, and tribunal authorities

✔ Attend and support tribunal hearings, submissions, and case follow-ups

✔ Draft replies to legal notices and assist in settlement processes

✔ Maintain accurate digital and physical records for all assigned cases

✔ Ensure timely updates, report generation, and compliance with TAT

✔ Prepare MIS reports and assist during legal audits

Who Can Apply?

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in MACT, legal claims, or insurance processes

✅ Strong understanding of MACT case lifecycle and legal compliance

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation tools

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Qualification: Graduate (Preference for Legal/Insurance background)
