Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Shop In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our machine shop. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in CNC Turning and VMC machine programming with in-depth knowledge of Siemens controllers. This role involves leading the machine shop team, optimizing production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring seamless operations across all machining activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise CNC & VMC machine shop operations (Siemens controller).
• Plan production, manage manpower, and ensure timely delivery.
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC/VMC machines.
• Maintain quality, machine upkeep, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with design, quality & maintenance teams.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engg.
• 5–10 years of CNC/VMC experience with Siemens controller.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining, and GD&T.
• Good leadership & communication skills.
