Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Engineer located in Surat. The Machine Shop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing machining and fabrication processes, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and maintaining equipment. The role requires hands-on experience with CNC machines, mills, lathes, and other machining tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, mills, and lathes
• Experience in managing production schedules and ensuring quality control
• Knowledge of machining techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
